2021 POLLSTAR LIVE!
SAFETY & WELLNESS INFORMATION

We are excited to welcome you to Pollstar Live! 2021 in Los Angeles at The Beverly Hilton. As we continue to plan for the event, we are closely following the guidelines outlined by our local and federal government officials and the Beverly Hilton Hotel. In addition, we are working with a team of professionals in the medical and hospitality fields to help implement additional safety, security and sanitization procedures. We ask that all of our guests act responsibly and do their part to help protect those around us. Please find below information on safety and wellness protocols for the event. We will distribute additional information to attendees prior to the conference as guidelines and processes continue to evolve.

The best way to protect yourself and everyone around you is to get vaccinated.

We are asking everyone to:

Stay home if you are sick or not feeling well.
Wear a mask that covers your nose and mouth to help protect yourself and others.
Wash your hands often with soap and water. Use hand sanitizer if soap and water aren’t available.

Yes, in compliance with the latest public health guidelines we will require on-site testing provided by our testing partner, Capture for all attendees who do not show proof of vaccination.

All conference attendees, including staff, are required to register upon arrival. Will I still need to test if I am fully vaccinated?

No, but you will be required to bring proof of vaccination for validation with our testing partner, Capture.

Will all attendees and staff be required to wear masks?

Yes, at this time, guidelines from Los Angeles Department of Public Health state when at businesses and in crowded venues, both indoors and outdoors, masks are still required to be worn by everyone.
